2. Nature of the Competition
The Cypher Mind Challenge is a skill-based competition.
Winning depends entirely on the participant’s ability to:

analyse patterns

The competition does not involve random selection or chance.
Therefore, Cypher Mind is not a lottery, betting activity, or gambling platform.
3. Participation Process
To participate in the Cypher Mind Challenge:
Purchase the Cypher Mind puzzle book.
Scratch the panel on the back cover to reveal the unique barcode.
Visit the official website www.cyphermind.in�.
Register using your barcode and personal details.
Solve the 40 challenges in the book.
Submit answers through the official online answer sheet available on the website.
Only answers submitted through the official website will be considered valid.
4. No Participation Fee
Cypher Mind does not charge any participation or entry fee.
Participants only purchase the Cypher Mind book, which provides access to the puzzle content and a unique barcode required for registration.
The book purchase is not a payment for entering a contest, but rather for accessing the puzzle material.
5. Unique Barcode Policy
Each Cypher Mind book contains a single unique barcode.
Rules regarding barcode usage:
Each barcode can be used only once
Barcodes cannot be transferred after registration
Duplicate or manipulated barcodes will be invalid
Cypher Mind reserves the right to cancel registrations that violate barcode rules.
6. Prize Pool
Cypher Mind announces a total reward pool of:
₹31,00,000 (Thirty-One Lakh Indian Rupees)
The reward pool will be distributed among eligible winners as per the official prize structure announced by Cypher Mind.
7. Reward Activation Condition
Prize distribution will become applicable only after 30,000 valid participant enrolments are received.
If the enrolment requirement is not met, Cypher Mind reserves the right to:
extend the challenge duration
modify the prize distribution structure
continue the competition until the enrolment target is achieved.
8. Winner Selection & Prize Distribution
Winners will be determined based on:
correctness of answers
completion of challenge requirements
verification of submissions
If multiple participants successfully solve all challenges and qualify for the same prize category, the prize amount allocated for that category will be distributed equally among all eligible winners, in accordance with the official prize structure announced by Cypher Mind.
9. Winner Verification
Before receiving any reward, winners may be required to provide:

Failure to complete verification may result in disqualification.
10. Taxes & Legal Compliance

13. Refund Policy
The Cypher Mind book is a puzzle product.
Once purchased, it is generally non-refundable, except in cases where:
the book is physically damaged, or
the barcode panel is missing or unreadable.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
14. Limitation of Liability
Cypher Mind shall not be responsible for:
internet connectivity issues
website downtime
incorrect answer submissions
device compatibility issues
loss or misuse of barcode numbers
Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate submission of answers.
15. Organizer Rights
Cypher Mind reserves the right to:
verify all submissions
investigate suspicious activity
modify challenge rules if necessary
extend or suspend the competition
cancel entries that violate policies
These actions may be taken to ensure fairness and integrity of the challenge.
16. Final Decision Clause
All decisions made by the Cypher Mind organizers regarding:

shall be final and binding.
No disputes will be entertained after official results are announced.
