Book Purchases
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made for the same order.
- Payment deducted but the order was not successfully generated.
- Wrong amount charged due to a technical error.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
