At MindCypher Studios Private Limited., we strive to ensure that every customer receives products in excellent condition.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The unique barcode is not visible.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, invoice, and all accompanying materials.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Digital products, downloadable content, or services.
- Products requested for return after the eligible return period.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for the return
- Clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return.
Refund or Replacement
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, we will either: Send a replacement product, or Process a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, where applicable.
