Cypher Mind Challenge – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Cypher Mind. By accessing or participating in the Cypher Mind Challenge through www.cyphermind.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in the challenge.
2. Eligibility
1. Participation is open to individuals nationwide unless restricted by local laws.
2. Participants must be at least 13 years old. Participants below 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
3. Each participant must possess a valid Cypher Mind book containing a unique barcode.
3. Participation Process
To participate in the Cypher Mind Challenge:
1. Purchase the Cypher Mind book.
2. Scratch the panel on the back cover to reveal the unique barcode.
3. Visit the official website www.cyphermind.in�.
4. Register using the barcode.
5. Solve all 40 challenges in the book.
6. Submit answers using the online answer sheet available on the website.
4. Barcode Rules
1. Each barcode is unique and can be used only once.
2. A barcode becomes invalid after registration.
3. Any attempt to duplicate, manipulate, or misuse barcodes will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Challenge Rules
1. Participants must attempt all 40 challenges.
2. Answers must be submitted only through the official website portal.
3. Cypher Mind reserves the right to review, validate, and verify all submissions.
6. Prize Pool
1. Cypher Mind announces a total reward pool of ₹31,00,000 (Thirty One Lakh Indian Rupees).
2. Rewards will be distributed among eligible winners as per the official prize distribution announced by Cypher Mind.
7. Minimum Enrolments Requirement
1. The prize distribution will come into effect only after a minimum of 30,000 valid participant enrollments.
2. If the enrollment threshold is not achieved, CypherMind reserves the right to extend the challenge period or modify the reward distribution.
8. Winner Verification
Before awarding prizes:
. Identity verification may be required.
. Winners may need to submit government-issued ID proof.
. CypherMind reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries.
9. Taxes
1. All prizes are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law.
2. Any TDS or government deductions will be applied before prize disbursement.
10. Intellectual Property
All puzzles, content, designs, and materials in Cypher Mind are protected by intellectual property laws.
Participants may not reproduce or distribute puzzles without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Cypher Mind is not responsible for:
. Internet failures
. Server downtime
. Incorrect submissions
. Unauthorized access to participant accounts
12. Changes to Terms
Cypher Mind reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
